"Started noticing real changes after a few weeks"
I’m usually the kind of person who doesn’t expect supplements to work overnight, so I went into this realistic. After about 3 weeks, though, I started noticing my stomach felt calmer and I wasn’t getting as bloated most days.
It was definitely a gradual thing, not some instant huge change, but the steady progress made me feel good about sticking with it. Ordering was simple too, which I appreciated. Overall, I’m happy with it so far.

"Wish I’d tried it sooner"
I started using Flore after months of dealing with bloating and random stomach issues, and I kind of regret waiting so long. I ordered from flore.com and I wasn’t expecting it to arrive that fast, just because I usually assume anything I order online is going to take at least a week or so. But this showed up in just a few days, which was a really nice surprise. The package was in good shape, nothing was missing or messed up, and everything looked fine when I opened it. It’s not a huge dramatic story or anything, but fast shipping makes such a difference, especially when you’re already excited to get what you ordered. Overall, I was really happy with the experience.

I’ll be honest, I was ready to be annoyed if this smelled weird or had some super strong taste, because I don’t have the patience for that. But it’s actually really easy to take. The smell is mild, and the taste isn’t bad at all, maybe a little earthy, but nothing I’d complain about. I’ve been using it daily with no issues. Definitely happy with it.

Some of the results came back with things that actually made sense, but a few parts felt a little off compared to how I literally feel day to day. It might still be useful, but I’m not completely convinced yet.

"Capsules are convenient overall"
I’d say the capsules are easy enough to use and definitely more convenient than dealing with powder, especially when I’m in a hurry or just don’t feel like measuring anything out. That said, I do still forget to take them sometimes, so they’re not totally foolproof for me. The powder was a little messy and kind of annoying to deal with, so even with the occasional forgetfulness, the capsules feel like the better option.

I was a little nervous about trying Flore because probiotics can make me bloated sometimes. I did have maybe two days of mild gas at the beginning, but then it settled down and I haven’t had any cramps or weird stomach issues since. I’ve been taking it every day and it’s been easy to tolerate. whoever runs this seems to have done a decent job with the formula, because so far I’m happy with it.
